The 2026 Winter Career & Internship Mega Fair hosted by the Office of Career Exploration and Success (CES) is an incredible opportunity for students to connect with top employers, explore diverse career paths, and secure internships or full-time positions. With 400+ employers in attendance, this event is open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.

Hosted by the Rutgers University Office of Career Exploration and Success, an anticipated diverse group of employers will be available to network with Rutgers University student & alumni candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities in various fields. This event is open to Rutgers University students and alumni with Handshake access, from all academic disciplines.
Position-Specific Days:
- Day 1 (Feb 4): Business, HR, Education, Law, Government, Social Impact, Communications, & Creative-Related Roles
- Day 2 (Feb 5): Tech, Engineering, Medical, & Sciences, Environment, Food, & Agriculture-Related Roles
