Welcome to Our Team!
We are committed to fostering excellence for first-generation students and ensuring their success. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by first-generation students and grounded in our firsthand experience, we have developed a passion for providing support, resources, and guidance necessary to help students thrive in their academic journeys. We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to achieve their goals, and we are here to empower them every step of the way. Together, we create an inclusive and supportive environment that celebrates diversity and champions first-generation excellence at Rutgers and beyond.
