About Tania

Tania Tabora has been with Rutgers University for over five years, where her administrative work with the Rutgers Future Scholars program deepened her commitment to expanding access to educational opportunities for young people. As a first-generation student and proud Rutgers alum (SAS, '13), Tania attributes her professional success to the resources she accessed as a student, including the support from the Educational Opportunity Fund and the community at the Center for Latino Arts & Culture (CLAC).

In her current role as Community and Project Manager with The E3C, Tania is focused on advancing initiatives that promote access to educational resources and foster an inclusive environment for all students. She is dedicated to showcasing existing initiatives that address barriers to educational success, drawing on her personal experiences to guide and support others. Her commitment to expanding opportunities and empowering students drives her efforts to build on the support she received during her own academic journey and enhance educational experiences and outcomes for others.
