E3C Innovation Grant
The E3C Innovation Grant is an exclusive opportunity for Rutgers faculty and staff to receive a one-time grant of up to $25,000. The E3C Innovation Grant can be applied to a startup opportunity, research, or to expand existing initiatives/programs that increase college access and promote undergraduate student success for first-generation students.

The 3rd Annual Student Success Conference is an event for Rutgers University–New Brunswick faculty and staff. The conference is a collaborative initiative between Student Affairs and Undergraduate Education, with a committee comprised of representatives from all corners of the university.

Being First: Teaching First-Generation Learners
Over the 2023-24 academic year, student participants reflected on classroom challenges to identify key teaching practices that Rutgers instructors can use to support first-generation students. The SAS Teaching & Learning team produced a student-centered digital multimedia resource accessible to instructors across all Rutgers campuses.
