Neuroscience Pre-College Academy

The Neuroscience Academy pilot program launched in the Summer of 2023 at the helm of Dr. Patricia Morten and in partnership with the W.M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neuroscience, ODASIS, and the SAS Division of Life Sciences. High School students from diverse backgrounds explored the study of life sciences, examined neuroscience research techniques through hands-on laboratory experiences, discovered career pathways in the sciences, and interacted with University faculty, staff, and student mentors.
