Dialogue Across Difference (DxD) Session #1: CLARA Training (R–NB)

Dialogue Through Difference is a two-part series where Douglass students dive into real talk about today’s toughest socio-political issues—like cancel culture, free speech, global and American rights, and identity—while building skills to lead with empathy, listen deeply, and create real change on campus across their various differences.

Students will pick 1 of 3 sessions to get trained on the CLARA de-escalation method, and then will come together as a whole group on Saturday, November 1st, for the "Dialogue Lab" session. In this session, students will put their CLARA training to use, engaging in real-world hot topics & sociopolitical issues.
